Enjoy Milano Skyline is at Viale Sondrio 5, about 600 m from Milano Centrale and 50 m from the MM3 Sondrio metro. Use this base for Christmas markets, ice skating and New Year plans in Milan.

Christmas markets

The Piazza Duomo Christmas market, with its wooden chalets, runs from 1 December 2026 to 6 January 2027. Take the MM3 yellow line directly from Sondrio to Duomo.

Oh Bej! Oh Bej!, Milan's traditional Sant'Ambrogio fair, takes place around the Castello Sforzesco in early December.

For a Christmas-market outing, start with Piazza Duomo. Its wooden chalets are the setting for the seasonal market, and the direct metro connection from Sondrio keeps the journey straightforward. The market dates also extend beyond Christmas Day, so a visit can fit into a late-December or early-January stay. Keep the Duomo market and Oh Bej! Oh Bej! separate in your plans: the traditional Sant'Ambrogio fair is around the Castello Sforzesco in early December, not a second name for the Piazza Duomo market. Choose which one fits your travel dates before planning the rest of your day. No exact dates or opening hours for Oh Bej! Oh Bej! are specified here.

Villaggio delle Meraviglie

Visit the Villaggio delle Meraviglie in the Giardini Indro Montanelli, Porta Venezia, from 20 November 2026 to 10 January 2027. The ice rink is open daily 10:00-21:00.

If skating is part of your Christmas visit, make the Giardini Indro Montanelli in Porta Venezia your reference point. The village's season starts before December and continues into January, giving you a wider window than the Christmas week alone. The daily 10:00-21:00 rink schedule helps you decide whether to combine skating with another outing or make it the focus of a separate day. This guide does not quote admission or skate-hire prices, and the schedule is not a reservation. Keep any arrangements for the event separate from your accommodation request.

New Year's Eve

The Piazza Duomo programme will be announced soon.

Beethoven's Ninth Symphony ("La Nona") at the Auditorium di Milano: 29, 30 and 31 December 2026 and 1 January 2027.

For New Year's Eve, leave room in your plans for further information about Piazza Duomo. The programme will be announced soon, so this guide does not name artists, concert times or a countdown schedule. A separate option is Beethoven's Ninth Symphony, known as "La Nona", at the Auditorium di Milano. The dates span the end of December and New Year's Day. Choose the date that fits your stay and check the auditorium's own information for booking details; no performance times or ticket prices are given here. A stay enquiry with Marco is not an event-ticket booking.

Make it easy

Airport transfer €130

Luggage storage €5 per bag per day

Partner restaurants with a discount

Keep arrival logistics simple while planning your seasonal outings. Enjoy Milano Skyline already offers an airport transfer at €130, luggage storage at €5 per bag per day, and partner restaurants with a discount. Use the existing Services page to read how each request works. These are the same add-ons offered for other stays, not a new Christmas package or a promise of availability. Ask Marco about your Christmas and New Year dates, arrival and service requests. Each service is valid only after confirmation. You can also return to the Christmas page for a compact overview of the markets, skating and New Year information while deciding which dates suit your visit.

Match the dates to your stay

Start with your own arrival and departure dates, then compare them with the event windows. A visit in early December can be planned around the traditional fair, while the Duomo market continues into early January. The ice rink has its own longer season. La Nona takes place on four dates across the turn of the year, so it is useful to choose a date before shaping the rest of an evening. The Piazza Duomo New Year programme remains to be announced. Keep that part of your plan open instead of treating a possible celebration as a confirmed performance. This guide does not promise event admission, tickets, a particular room or transport availability. Use the two seasonal pages as concise references and the Services page for the existing add-ons.

A practical holiday plan starts with a place to stay and a small number of priorities, not a list of assumed bookings. Decide whether your main interest is a market visit, a skating outing or the New Year period. Keep the exact event dates alongside your accommodation dates and allow yourself to change the order of your outings. The direct Sondrio-to-Duomo metro connection is useful for the Duomo market, but it does not describe the route to every other venue. Porta Venezia and the Auditorium di Milano are separate destinations. This guide deliberately gives no ticket prices, artists, performance times or holiday transport schedules beyond the facts supplied. Before making an event arrangement, refer to its organiser for any details not given here.
