Guest services in Milan: concierge, luggage storage and restaurant booking

Beyond the rooms, Enjoy Milano Skyline offers a short and deliberately honest list of services. We would rather do four things properly than advertise twenty.

Luggage storage

5 EUR per bag, per day, paid online when you request it. Leave your bags with us before check-in or after check-out and spend your first or last day in Milan hands-free. Restaurant booking

5 EUR service fee and we reserve a table at one of our partner restaurants, with a discount on your a la carte bill:

Tell us the date, time and number of people and we handle the reservation, including any Italian-language phone call.

Multilingual concierge

Our concierge sits at the bottom of every page and answers in English, Italian, Spanish, French, German and Mandarin. It can arrange a transfer, book luggage storage, reserve a table and answer the practical questions that come up on arrival: which metro ticket to buy, how to reach the Duomo, where a late-night pharmacy is.

Private airport transfer

A flat 130 EUR with a private driver from Malpensa, Linate or Bergamo, 20 EUR online and 110 EUR cash to the driver. Details in how our private airport transfer works.

What we do not do

We do not book parking or garages, car rental, guided tours, museum tickets or transport passes, and we do not run a 24/7 hotel front desk. When you need one of those we will point you to a neutral public option, but we will not pretend to sell it.
